- Service Information & Quotes
- All service descriptions, pricing, and availability displayed on the site are subject to confirmation following direct consultation or survey.
- Quotations provided via the website or over the phone are estimates and not binding until confirmed in writing following a site visit (where applicable).
- All prices quoted are inclusive/exclusive of VAT (as stated),and are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.
- Bookings & Appointments
- You may request a service appointment via our website, phone, or email.
- All bookings are subject to confirmation. We will provide a booking confirmation via email or phone.
- By booking a service, you agree that an authorised person will be present on the premises during the appointment and that full access will be provided to all relevant areas.
- Cancellations & Rescheduling
- You may cancel or reschedule a booking free of charge with at least 24 hours’ notice.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a call-out or cancellation fee.
- We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments in case of emergency, extreme weather, or technician availability. In such cases, we will make every effort to inform you promptly.
- Payments & Invoicing
- Payment is due upon completion of work unless agreed otherwise.
- We accept payments via bank transfer, card, or cash (where applicable).
- Late payments may incur interest and administrative fees in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
- Warranties & Guarantees
- All workmanship is guaranteed for a period of 12 months unless stated otherwise in writing.
- Manufacturers’ warranties on parts and appliances are subject to their terms and conditions. We will assist in registering your boiler or appliance when required.
- Warranty is void if the work has been altered by others or misused by the customer.
- Emergency Call-Outs
- Emergency services are subject to technician availability and may incur premium call-out rates.
- Where a temporary fix is applied during an emergency visit, further work may be needed, which will be quoted and agreed separately.
- Customer Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information when booking a service.
- Ensure access to the property at the agreed time.
- Keep children, pets, and vulnerable persons at a safe distance during works.
- Notify us of any known hazards (e.g. asbestos, restricted access, unsafe appliances).
- Intellectual Property
- All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of ARV Group Ltd. or licensed for use.

Gas Services
All gas work is carried out by Gas Safe registered engineers in compliance with UK legal requirements and safety standards.
Customers are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property and relevant appliances. Missed or inaccessible appointments may be subject to a call-out fee.
Quoted prices cover the services listed only. If additional work is required, we will provide a separate quote before proceeding. Optional services, such as Gas Safety Certificates, are available at an extra cost.
Gas Safety Certificates are issued following a successful inspection and safety check. Faulty or unsafe appliances may result in a certificate not being issued until remedial work is completed.
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may incur a fee.
While we take every precaution to deliver safe, high-quality service, ARV Group is not liable for pre-existing issues, manufacturer defects, or damage caused by third parties.
Workmanship is guaranteed for [typically 12 months] unless otherwise stated. Manufacturer warranties apply where relevant and may require annual servicing to remain valid.
Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major debit/credit cards and bank transfer.
